How to Create a Remote Notarization Session

Starting a remote notarization session is quick and easy with Notary.io.
  1. Log in to your Notary.io dashboard.
  2. From the left-hand menu, click on Sessions.
  3. Click the “New Session” button in the top right corner.
  4. Fill in the session details, starting with the session name (for internal reference).
  5. Select the client from your list or click “Add Client” if they’re not in the system yet.
  6. Upload the document(s) that need to be notarized (PDF format recommended).
  7. Choose a notary from your team to assign to the session.
  8. Schedule the date and time for the session or choose to make it on-demand.
  9. Select the type of notarization, such as standard or multi-signer.
  10. Review the session information and click “Create Session”.
The client will automatically receive an email invitation with a link to join the notarization session.
